He
has devoted a great deal of time studying behavior, with strong
emphasis on Learned Helplessness, a hypothesis developed by
Steven Maier and Marin E.P. Seligman, Ph.D. He is seasoned
by the works of Stephen Covey, Norman Vincent Peale, Joel
Arthur Baker and W. Edward Deming, just to name a few.
He
